Another great bike route starting from Sonogno. The first section (until Froda) is easy, the second part can be very steep at times, making it much easier at a few sections to simply walk the bike. Still, the whole road is paved and generally traffic-free, even in the high season.

The river provides many places for a picnic, and at the end of the road you can go a few meters up the hill to a breathtaking waterfall.
