This 5-hour hike is easy and enjoyable, and offers very nice views at the same time. You start in Mergoscia with great views of Lago di Vogorno and continue through the forest until you reach Bresciadiga. From there, until reaching Alpe di Bietri you get fantastic views back at the Verzasca Valley and Valle di Mergoscia.

A bit further the views change dramatically, all the way until Monti di Lego you get an impressive panoramic view of Lago Maggiore and Piano di Magadino.

In Monti di Lego you can get a meal at the mountain hut / restaurant.

The way back to Mergoscia mainly takes you through the forest.
